How does it work? - You provide the photo of the home you want to be commemorated with as much detail as possible to brighteyesartdesign@gmail.com

- All pieces are hand drawn, then outlined in ink, and finally, hand-painted using high-quality watercolors. Work is done on Arches 140 lb cold pressed paper.

- Turn around time is about 2 weeks (*holiday orders may take longer but rush orders will be accommodated if possible.

- You are purchasing an original hand-made piece of art. All rights of reproduction are reserved to Bright Eyes Art & Design unless previously agreed upon.
